GIYANI-Two inquest cases and one culpable homicide are being looked into by the Giyani police as of early Sunday, March 5.
In the first episode of an inquest, a 26-year-old African guy was discovered hanging from a rope under the roof of the house in Nkurhi Sefansonke hamlet outside of Giyani.
Manganyi Vusimusi, a resident of the village of Sefasonke, was recognized as the deceased.
Following this is another event that happened at Nkomo 22a, where a 15-year-old girl was found hanging from a rope under the house’s roof.
Karabo Tyna Ngobeni was named as the deceased, adolescent girl from Nkomo 22B, a grade 10 learner at Mahumani High School.
Meanwhile, Between the villages of Nsavulani and Shikhumba, there was a case of culpable homicide in which a car hit a stray animal. A passenger from the car suffered severe wounds, and he was taken to Nkhensani hospital where he tragically passed away. Lesedi Malapane, who was 22 years old, was named as the deceased.
All three cases are being investigated, and postmortem results will disclose the cause of death.
