TZANEEN-Today, the Tzaneen Lifestyle Centre is buzzing with activity as Evac911 and the Tzaneen Emergency Support Teamcelebrate World Restart a Heart Day.

This vital event, organized in collaboration with the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa, aims to transfer essential life-saving skills to the public.

Throughout the day, participants are being trained in critical techniques such as CPR, the proper use of AEDs(Automated External Defibrillators), and methods to stop life-threatening bleeding.
