LEPHEPANE-Lifeless body of a man found lying in bed naked with bruises on the upper body at Lephephane village on Sunday, 18 January 2026 in the afternoon.
The Police responded to the crime scene and on their arrival, in the house they found family members who indicated that the victim left home on Saturday, 17 January 2026, at round 10:00, without informing anyone about his destination.
The following morning, Sunday 18, January 2026, a family member discovered his naked body laying on bed , showing no signs of life in the house . He had bruises on the upper body .
The victim was certified dead by Emergency Medical Services personnel on their arrival and he was identified as Emmanuel Makwela (22.)
The motive behind the incident is unknown at this stage, A murder case is under investigation and no arrest has been effected up to so far.
