MMOTONG – A man is recovering from severe injuries after being allegedly attacked by his girlfriend in Mmotong, Moletjie, outside Polokwane.
The victim, identified as Moshe Manamela, reportedly suffered third-degree burns after hot cooking oil was poured on him.
According to reports, the incident followed a heated argument between the couple, which escalated into violence, leaving Manamela with serious burn wounds.
The alleged perpetrator, who is known in the community, has not yet been arrested.
