GA-MAKGOBA- Six teen gang members were arrested by Modjadjiskloof police after conflict erupted at Ga-Mokgoba squatter camp outside Modjadjikloof on Friday, November 24.
Police received a complaint about teenage boys aged between 12 and 16 that were fighting and chasing each other with Axes.
Upon arrival, all teenagers were apprehended and taken to the station.
It is alleged that Many children in the area are not schooling, but keeping themselves busy with illegal gambling.
Modjadji police communication officer Sgt Mabulanr confirmed to Tzaneen voice that the suspects were later released to their parents because they are minors and will be monitored through Healing Points Family NGO for child care which is also a church.
