LULEKANI- Women in prayer international in partnership with Enock Mathebula Foundation, Ba Phalaborwa Municipality and Pat bedding and curtain donates a house to a disadvantaged family at Matiko xikaya in Lulekani under Ba-Phalaborwa Municipality on Saturday, November 19.
Olivia Simango of Women in prayers international celebrated her birthday in style by donating a house, she said she couldn’t have made it without her partners who assisted with painting, curtains, furniture and food parcels.
“This house is for you and your children, please never sell it even if you get married one day, leave the house for your children,” she said.
She declared blessings and prosperity upon the house and beneficiaries.
Speaking during the handover ceremony, Enock Mathebula, the chairman of Enock Mathebula said is overwhelmed with the initiative because giving back to the community is one of the company’s mandates.

“I encourage other leaders and entrepreneurs to look after disadvantaged members in the community, as we are approaching the season of giving and sharing, let us buy some Christmas lunch for at least one family,” he said.
A representative from Ba-Phalaborwa Municipality, Cllr Denise Bayana appreciated and thanked all sponsors such as Enock Mathebula and Women in Prayer International for restoring the dignity of the community members.
Simango has learnt with sadness that the beneficiary of the house, Armika Mathebula was staying in a small shack with her three boys. That made her heart bleeds in pain and she then decided to help the family to acquire a good place to stay.

Armika Mathebula, the beneficiary of the house was filled with tears of Joy, she couldn’t alter any words as tears were flowing down her face.
“No words can express my happiness and gratitude. Ï feel so honoured to be chosen amongst other people. I thank everyone who contributed to the realization of my dream of owning a decent house.” expressed Simango
