MUSINA-An inquest docket was opened following the death of a 49-year-old female at Musina Police Station on Sunday, 05 November 2023.
It is reported that the Police received a report of a person suspected of consuming an overdose of medication at Musina Hospital upon arrival they found the lifeless body of a woman lying on a bed in the Casualty section and she was later identified by her husband as Agnes Murulana.
It is reported that the husband of the deceased alleged that he noticed that his wife was vomiting and upon checking around he discovered some tablets vomited he further reported that the deceased was in a mental health condition.
Circumstances surrounding the deaths of the three deceased are investigated at respective Police Stations. Pathological investigation results will determine the cause of the deaths.
Police investigations are continuing.
