River levels along the Limpopo River Basin are medium and are gradually rising at Beitbridge with more of the water appearing to be coming from the northwestern regions rivers such as Palala Dam, which peaked at 1070 m3/s yesterday. Flows are still medium-high in the lower parts of the Olifants and Groot Letaba with decreasing trends observed at Mamba and Engelhardt Dams.
The dam had emptied at 7.6% this time last year.
