THOHOYANDOU: Two suspects arrested in connection with robberies in Thohoyandou in the Vhembe District appeared before the Thohoyandou magistrate’s court on Monday.
The two suspects have been charged with robberies, possession of unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
The accused were arrested at Shayandima zone 10 in Thohoyandou, on Friday during a joint operation conducted by the Vhembe trio task team.
Police investigations linked the two suspects with the Thohoyandou case, Shayandima case, Post Office Phangami case and most recently, the Capitec Thohoyandou Plaza case that happened on the 7th of June.
Their case has been postponed to the 28th of June while the hunt for more suspects continues.
