GRAVELOTTE-A fatal accident occurred on the R71 road near Gravelotte, resulting in the loss of a driver’s life on Saturday afternoon.
The incident took place when the driver, for reasons yet to be confirmed, lost control of their vehicle and crashed into a fence situated alongside the road.
Emergency services quickly responded to the scene, but tragically, the driver was declared deceased on arrival.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, and officials are working to understand the circumstances surrounding the tragic event.
