SANDTON – Broadcasting Counsel Research of South Africa has on Thursday released radio RAMS for August and September 2022.
Vhembe FM leads the way with 104 000 listeners.
Giyani Community Radio ( GCR ) comes second with an impressive 70 000 listeners.
In third position lies Sekhukhune FM, with a listenership of 68 000.
Polokwane based Energy FM come fourth 44 000 edging Vision FM from Nwa’mitwa who settle for fifth place with 44 000 listeners as well.
The other two Mopani District based radio stations, Sekgosese Community Radio and Maruleng FM showed signs of improvement.
Sekgosese Community Radio racks up 34 000 listeners while Maruleng FM picked up at 15 000.
