POLOKWANE-Thobela FM continues to lead the way in terms of listenership in the province.
Broadcasting Counsel Research of South Africa has released radio RAMS for August and September 2022.
The numbers show that Mošate wa tsebo le Boithabišo amass over 2, 6 million listeners between August and September.
The impressive numbers mean that Thobela FM is the fifth top-performing radio station in South Africa
Coming second is Mungana Lonene FM with a strong 1, 4 million listenership.
Another SABC radio station, Phalaphala FM, occupies the third position in the province with 1 million listeners.
Limpopo’s only commercial radio station, Capricorn FM are at position four with 501 000.
Rounding off the top 5 is a community radio station, Vhembe FM which amassed an impressive 104 000 listeners.
