THOHOYANDOU: The University of Venda is mourning the untimely death of one of its students.
Judith Chauke was killed in a freak accident on Tuesday near Yellowstone residence in Thohoyandou.
According to the information available, Chauke was a passenger in a local maxi taxi when she lost her life.
This was after a truck lost control and collided head-on with the Hyundai i10 maxi taxi killing her instantly.
The 20-year-old was a second-year student at the University of Venda.
