LEREJENI VILLAGE- A visually impaired couple shed tears of joy yesterday after her RDP house during the handover over a fully furnished house at Lerejeni village.

Charles Semono and his wife were officially handed over keys to their newly built low-cost house by the Department of Cooperative Governance Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs(CoGHSTA) MEC Basikopo Makamu.

Semono and his wife saw their new house as an early Christmas gift and it would be the first time they get to spend in a house they can confidently call their own.

In addition, MEC Makamu handed the couple from Lerejeni village some groceries for the festive season and walking sticks.
