MOKWASELE VILLAGE: A Toyota Quantum and Audi have been involved in an accident on Mokwakwaila road near Mokwasele village in Greater Letaba.
According to the information received by Tzaneen Voice, the Toyota quantum allegedly lost control of the vehicle after hitting Audi that was turning and subsequently stopped by a tree in the nearby residents after destroying a fence and informal market on the side of the road at around 19H00.
The information further stipulates that the taxi driver fled from the scene leaving 3 females’ passengers seriously injured.
An ambulance came to the scene and rushed the injured females to Kgapane hospital.
The police are appealing to the community to assist in locating the driver of the Toyota quantum.
