Slain Bolobedu woman to be buried on Saturday

KGAPANE-Selina Shai Modika whose body was discovered at Diwetse tavern, a liquor outlet she owned, buried in a shallow grave, with a rope tied around her neck and a black refuse bag covering her face will be buried this weekend on Saturday, July 23.

Modika was reported missing on July 7 after going to meet a friend who allegedly owed her money at Modjadji Plaza, Kgapane, Greater Letaba.

The deceased never returned home on that fateful day prompting her family to report her missing.

On July 13, after an extensive search by community members, the deceased’s body was found.

According the police no one has been arrested and the investigation is underway.
