MOHLABA CROSS – A 32 – year old man has been arrested for the rape of a 10 – year old boy in Mohlaba Cross village in Greater Tzaneen.
The incident allegedly took place this past Saturday.
The boy, whose identity has been concealed, was allegedly abducted and consequently raped by the suspect over the weekend.
Hours after the boy’s disappearance, he was found by a passerby in the forest unable to move and called for help.
The suspect has been arrested and is set to appear before the Ritavi Magistrate’s Court in Nkowankowa on Tuesday, facing charges of kidnapping and rape.
