TLHOHLOKWE VILLAGE-A passerby made a gruesome discovery this afternoon, October 07, when he stumbled upon two bodies of a male and a female in the bushes at Tlhohlokwe village in Bolobedu.
The discovery was made at approximately 16:00.
When the police arrived at the scene, the body of an unknown man was found sitting against a tree with his neck tied to the tree. A second body, that of a woman, was found about five meters away. She was lying face down on the ground with stabbed wounds.
The bodies are between the ages of 20-35 years old. A postmortem will be conducted on both deceased persons to determine the exact cause of death. Police are investigating two cases of murder.
Anyone that can assist in identifying the deceased, may know their next of kin or can shed light on the circumstances of their deaths.
