MUSINA: South African National Defense Force Soldiers confiscated all 4 x stolen/hijacked vehicles driving towards the Limpopo River to Zimbabwe which were all identified as Toyota Fortuner GD 6, 4 x 4.
The two were T/Fortuner 2.8 GD 6 valued at R2, 400 000 and the other two were T/Fortuner 2.4 GD 6 valued at R1, 800 000.
Suspects started shooting and SANDF soldiers returned fire. The suspects escaped into the bushes and were swallowed by the night. All vehicles were handed over to the SAPS.
