KGAPANE-Rapho Kickers FC , football team based in Greater Letaba Municipality is selling its SAB SAFA status.
The team was founded by David Raphotle in the year 2005, he was the sole owner of the club until his untimely passing in 2021.
The club is selling for R20 000 which is negotiable due to the fact that it took a financial knock after the passing of the owner.
His son Mankobi Raphotle, took over the reins soon after his father’s death. However, he mentioned that the club is struggling to keep afloat due to financial constraints.
“I have taken the decision to sell the club because of financial difficulties. It makes good business sense to sell”, said Raphotle Junior.
The team has been playing under SAB Mopani District baobab stream two seasons ago.
