TZANEEN-Concerned residents of Floral Park, Tzaneen town, are flagging a middle-aged man who has been spotted on multiple occasions playing with his manhood.
A resident who spoke to the publication anonymously averred that the behaviour of the unknown man and the way he frequents the area is alarming.
“I’ve seen this man on my way from work quite several times. Seemingly, whenever he sees a woman he takes out his manhood and starts playing with it. This is worrisome because we live in a society where rape cases are rife. We need help from the authorities to question him”, an anonymous said.
Some residents reiterated the statement and said that the mantis are often seen idling under trees or secluded places in the area.
