MODJADJISKLOOF – The police in Modjadjiskloof are urgently seeking public assistance to locate the family of a deceased homeless man.
The man, believed to be between the ages of 50 and 55, was a familiar presence in the streets of Modjadjiskloof, often seen around the Kloof and Spar shop areas.
At the time of his death, the man was wearing a black Adidas tracksuit and a striped T-shirt. He had reportedly mentioned being from Reterdam village during his lifetime.
His body is currently held at Kgapane Mortuary, and the authorities are requesting immediate identification by any potential relatives or acquaintances.
Detective Constable Kgatla of the South African Police Service (SAPS) is leading the investigation to identify the deceased and connect with his family.
The police emphasize the urgency of this matter to ensure the man receives a dignified funeral and to bring closure to his loved ones.
