Polokwane City players treated for trauma after crash

POLOKWANE: Players of DStv Premiership side, Polokwane City were treated for trauma after their team bus was involved in a crash on Monday.

According to City Press, the team bus was en route to the club’s training base when it collided with a 4×4 bakkie.

The accident happened on Marshall Street near the Polokwane City Centre while the bus was on its way to training.

The details are sketchy, but one insider said there were no serious injuries, with a few players only treated for trauma, while the other informant said the incident led to the cancellation of the team’s training sessions on Monday.

Tzaneen  Voice has been informed that no injuries were reported on the players as a result of the crash.
