MORUTJI- The notorious Bad Company music producer Clearance Makgobatlou notably known as “The Punisher” is a highly wanted suspect.

Punisher was involved in a shooting of two african males at Motswako Bar lounge in Morutji village under Greater Tzaneen Municipality on Sunday at about 22h00.

It is said that the two victims were caught in a crossfire of shootings between the fugitive Punisher and his companion and members of the rival gang group.

It is alleged that the 23-year-old Punisher pulled out an unlicensed firearm after being attacked by rival gang members and he mistakenly fired shots on the legs of the two bar lounge bystanders, instead of his attackers.

The 31-year-old injured victim who cannot be named in fear of victimisation, has been transferred from Van-Valden Hospital to Letaba hospital for further medical care.

The Tzaneen SAPS led by Constable Elvis Makhubele are on a hunt for the wayward fugitive Punisher after a case of grievous bodily harm (GBH), assault and possession of illegal firearm was opened.

The young Clearance Makgobatlou joined the known bolobedu gang group, Bad Company in 2007 and has been involded in several criminal activities, including an alleged shooting of a former member of Manizo aligned Bad Company group.
