LIMPOPO- The Limpopo musician Shebeshxt has been dealt with another blow as the Lebokwakgomo Magistrate court is yet to decide on his bail application.
Following rumours of his release on social media, Shebeshxt, born Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke appeared at the Lebowakgomo Magistrate Court on Tuesday 15, where his matter was postponed to Friday,18 August for judgement, while kept in Police custody.
The ‘malunda’ hitmaker has been locked in police custody ever since his arrest in April for attempted murder.
According to his charge sheet as per the NPA, the embattled President Yama 2K, as affectionately celebrated by his fans, is facing various charges which include;
Stabbing a person in the back with a knife in Lebowakgomo, and stabbing another person three times on his lower left arm, back of the neck, and next to his ribs, both last year.
Adding to his stabbing cases, the talented rapper is also facing two charges of discharging a firearm where he shoot in the air several times at the households in Ga-Mphahlele, Mamaolo village.
His fans who celebrated the unverified news of his release, will have to wait until Friday 18, depending on the Lebowakgomo Magistrate Court’s decision on his bail application.
