LENYENYE : The Lenyenye Magistrate’s Court sentenced Nicky Malonge to 10-year direct imprisonment last week.
This was after the Mozambican national was found with a Pangolin at the Modjadjiskloof in the Greater Letaba Municipality.
The 23 – year old has been in custody since his arrest on the 6th of October 2021.
The accused was charged with contravention of section 41 of the Limpopo Environmental management act, and the immigration act as well as cruelty to animals.
