PHALANORWA-Moponi TVET students who have registered to study part-time at the Sir Val Duncan Campus in Namakgale, under Ba-Phalaborwa Municipality, have threatened to go on strike as of March 06.
This comes after the management of the institution announced that part-time students must study online. The decision was evidently met with mixed reactions as a dozen students mobilized threatening to revolt against the stance.
As it stands, the army and members of the police have been deployed to the institution to maintain law and order.
