KGAPANE – Learners at both Kgapane and Modubatse High Schools experessed readiness to tackle upcoming Matric examinations after attending a strong motivational session this past week.
The Mopani West Education District together with Rakwadu Circuit hosted a motivational session to over 500 promising matriculants of Modubatse high and Kgapane High schools at Modjadji College in Kgapane township on Friday, 24 September 2021.
Amongst those in attendance was the Mopani West District Director, Philippine Modika, Rakhwadu Circuit manager Mr Mosubi and the former Johannesburg West District Director, Mr Tshabalala as the guest speaker, who geared the Matric class of 2021 crop with his mind-blowing motivational sessions.
Tshabalala shared his philosophical knowledge in education to motivate and prepare the attended grade 12 pupils on their forthcoming final year examinations due commence on 27 October 2021.
“Sweat and tears are common and taste the same, if you don’t sweat it ends up in tears for you” Tshabalala addressed.
The motivated pupil of Modubatse High who desires to study LLB(Law), Hutamo Malefo said the session came at the right and inspired them.
“The inspirational speaker inspired us not to limit ourselves and always strive for transformation wherever possible and that’s what I intend to do” the 17-year-old Malefo said.
The ecstatic Mopani West District Director, Modika said the department is planning a massive pen down on the 3rd December 2021.
Modubatse high school has the highest grade 12 enrolment of 343 pupils in Mopani West District and Modika backed them to perform well as are the pillar for the district in a quest to achieve 75%.
“The department is committed in helping the class of 2021 with series of motivational talks and we also encourage our grade 12s to go to school every day” Modika added.
