LENYENYE: The Lenyenye Magistrate’s Court has on Monday sentenced fa-fhee conductor Xiaoqing Kuang to 12 months in prison or R20 000 fine for illegal gambling.
Kuang was found guilty for the Contravention of sec 70(a) of the National Gambling Act 7 of 2004.
He was also sentenced to a further 6 months suspension for 3 years on condition the accused is not convicted of the same crime within period of suspension.
