MALAMULELE: Two accused who are connected with the killing of Collins Chabane Mayor Cllr Moses Maluleke will appear before Malamulele magistrate court today.
A 37 Years old man Wiseman Baloyi of Saselamani together with his co-accused Isaac Mudau who is also 37 year old from Thohoyandou area were both arrested after the continuations of the investigation by the police on murder of Collins Chabane Mayor Cllr Moses Maluleke, who was attacked and killed at his homestead on the 21st of July.
The pair appeared before Malamulele magistrate court facing the charges of robbery with aggravating as intended, Possession of unlawful fire arm and live ammunition and attempted murder, their case is rolled overnight for which is the 26th day of August 2022 for legal aid and possible bail application.
