MEC Monama hosts 3rd Limpopo Investment Conference Media launch

The  Limpopo Provincial Government held a media launch for the 3rd Limpopo Investment Conference at Uhuru Cafe in Polokwane on Friday, October 13.

The conference seeks to attract investors in the province for economic growth. The focus areas will be on agriculture and Agro-processing, infrastructure water, roads and industrial infrastructure as well as the automotive sector, looking at the position of the province itself and the energy crisis.

MEC for Limpopo Economic Development Environment and Tourism  Rogers Monama said,

“We have achieved some positive spin-offs during the previous 2 renditions of the investment conference as we were able to secure more than 300 billion rands in investments to assist the mentioned sections.

Our primary focus is to attract more foreign and local investments that will boost the economic growth of our province and put us in a better position going forward. We urge media houses in attendance to assist us in communicating the benefits of the conference to all the corners of our province”.

The Limpopo Investment  Conference will take place on the 18-19 October at the Ranch Hotel few kilometres outside Polokwane targeting 350 delegates.
