GA-MOKGWATHI-A 41-year-old man was killed in an accident involving an angle grinder on Friday at Ga-Mokgwathi village in Greater Tzaneen.
According to Mokwakwaila Police communication Officer Sgt Tinyiko Manganyi, it is alleged that the deceased was cutting the poles with an angle grinder and lost control while climbing the step ladder.
“The angle grinder slipped and he tried to regain control of it, but it cut him on the chest and his right leg,” said Sgt Manganyi
The EMS was summoned and on arrival, the deceased was certified dead on the scene.
