KGAPANE-Thugs attacked and injured a man believed to be around the age of 47 at Kgapane, Home 2000, in the Greater Letaba Municipality. The incident allegedly happened on Monday evening around 20:00.
It is reported that the victim was walking home alone when he was approached by four unknown men.
The suspects reportedly fooled him into thinking they were walking him home. It is said that when they approached the high point, (a complex with multiple shops in the area), they turned against him.
Allegedly, the victim was attacked, searched and beaten severely. The suspects could however not find anything valuable about the victim. They fled into the night and are at large.
A case was opened at the Kgapane police station
