THOHOYANDOU: Murder accused, Enoch Ndou broke down during trial at the Thohoyandou High Court this morning.
The 53 – year old allegedly shot and killed seven members of his family on Christmas Day in 2021 at Jimmy Jones village near Malamulele.
Ndou’s trial resumed on Monday, with his representatives telling the court that their client is not mentally fit to stand trial.
The defence lawyer, Kagiso Muthivithi says they have evidence that proves Ndou has been diagnosed with a bipolar mood disorder and has been admitted to psychiatric facilities several times.
