TZANEEN-South African legendary actor Dr Jerry Mofokeng wa Makhetha paid a visit to Tzaneen this week and was spotted by our reporter while touring schools under Modjadji circuit.
Dr Mofokeng wa Makhetha is in town to motivate and train aspiring actors in the area. He started his community work at Modjadji College of Education where he addressed hundreds of learners.
The South African stage and screen actor who has appeared in several critically acclaimed films, including Cry the Beloved Country; Lord of War; Mandela and de Klerk; and the 2005 Academy Award-winning film Tsotsi is also expected to lecture acting masterclass in Tzaneen on July 30-31 organised Bolobathaba Media Group in partnership with Glow Media and Film and Publications board.
