NKOWANKOWA-This comes after the learner was spotted earlier today going to school without a full school uniform.
The publication ran the story and it touched dozens of good samaritans from all walks of life who reached out to offer the necessary help.
Imran Badar, CEO of Discount Cell and Sound around Nkowankowa, felt compelled to help and delegated an employee of his company to take the learner and another boy to buy a new school uniform.
Other good samaritans such as Tebogo Kubayi Kedibone Alvinia mahulwane and others who requested not to be named donated money for the learner to have extra proper clothing, and toiletries.
The nkowankowa-based social worker told Tzaneen voice that they will visit the family to profile them so that the child and family can be assessed to get more help.
“I think after we have met the family we will be able to determine what is needed in the long term,” she said
Tzaneen voice is still calling on those who are willing to assist to contact our office or the family directly.
