The “aye kuwa” duo King Monada and CK the DJ have allegedly locked horns following the latest song set to be released titled “ke find’ile out”.
It emerged on social media that the pair was at loggerheads after CK mocked Monada claiming that he used his popular lyrics “ampese ke hwile”, which became popular in the song of the year track “aye kuwa” sung by him.
CK went further to say that it is his copyright property as the words were first heard from him.
“You come up with content they take it. What can you do when you don’t own anything. You talk they attack you”, wrote CK.
Monada did not take the attack lying down as he responded in retaliation citing that the words were first used on TikTok and that nobody owned them.
“Someone tell that grown-up man that he doesn’t own any content. That’s a TikTok trend”, Monada fumed.
In any case, fans of the “Ska bora moreki” hitmaker have suggested that this war of words could be a PR stunt and a marketing strategy for the new track and that the feud is “made-up”.
