HOEDSPRUIT – In a joyful milestone for Hoedspruit Private Hospital, the facility celebrated the birth of its very first set of twins on Friday, 9 May 2025.
The proud moment was marked by the arrival of a healthy baby boy and girl — the boy (Twin 1) weighing 2.4kg and his sister (Twin 2) slightly heavier at 2.5kg. The twins were born to overjoyed mother, Magdeline Dilebo, who gave birth under the care of the hospital’s dedicated maternity team.
In a statement shared by the hospital, management expressed their excitement:
“We are absolutely delighted to share some heartwarming news. A huge congratulations to Magdeline on the arrival of her precious little ones!”
The hospital also gave special recognition to Dr Monareng and Dr Maila for their outstanding medical care and professionalism during the delivery. The successful birth of the twins is not only a personal joy for the family but a significant event for the hospital since it opened its doors last year.
“This is truly exciting news for everyone at Hoedspruit Private Hospital,” the statement continued. “Welcome to the world, little miracles!”
The announcement was warmly received by the local community and shared widely across social media platforms
