OFCOLACO-A hitchhiker was robbed at gunpoint and instructed to walk on the street naked in Ofcaloco.
The robbery took place on Saturday, November 25 at around 07:00.
It is alleged that the victim got a lift from a black Kia motor vehicle with unknown registration numbers, inside the vehicle there were two unknown African males.
The victim told police that while in the car he was politely told that they wanted to collect another person at Enable Village of which he agreed.
To his surprise the car turned to the gravel road heading to Enable Village in Maruleng municipality.
They stopped in the bushes and the passenger took out a wheel spanner demanded cash from him.
On the other hand the driver produced a firearm and threatened him that if he gave them wrong pin number they are going to kill him.
He was ordered to swipe his capitec bank card on their machine they had with them, R1200, 00 and two cellphones were taken.
They further took off his clothes, ordered him to run away naked.
