TZANEEN-After yesterday’s abuzz on social media that Bad Company’s General Manizo fondly known as Thabo Makgobola has passed on, Zimba Wa Bolobedu has poured cold water on the rumours, saying Manizo is doing well & save.
Short statement reads: We assure that the rumour that is spreading on social media is not true, anything regarding Bad company -226 it will (be) addressed by Management and the family.
“Bad company -226 fans we like to inform you that General Manizo is doing well & save” the statement read.
The talented but yet controversial ‘amadamara’ musician is in custody for the murder of a 23-year-old girlfriend from Mamotintane village in Makweng.
He appeared before the Bolobedu Magistrate’s Court on Monday, January 23 in an attempt to get his freedom back through bail.
However, his application was rocked with another postponement and further remanded by police custody until he returns to a different and new Court on 14 August 2023, where he will embark on his court appearances before the Polokwane High Court concerning his murder charge.
