VUWANI : Five people linked to the 19 suspected CIT robbers who were gunned down by police will today appear in the Vuwani court in the Vhembe District.
19 Cash-in-transit robbers were murdered by Police during a shootout at a Mansion in Makhado on the 1st of September.
Five other people who were linked to the deceased were nabbed at a safe house in Thohoyandou on the same night.
Asanda Maqhawu ( 33 ), Charity Phathutshedzo Makhwedzana ( 34 ), Ramabele Justice Peta ( 47 ), Vusimuzi Samuel Ramabekae ( 51 ) and a traditional healer, Slilo Shadrack Mposi ( 48 ) first appeared in court on the 4th of September.
They have been charged with the alleged possession of suspected stolen vehicles, theft, conspiracy to commit crime and fraud.
