TZANEEN-A fidelity security guard has reportedly been shot and killed in Tzaneen CBD earlier.
This is after the security guards were accosted by unknown suspects in what is reported to be a cash in transit heist.
The Security personnel was shot outside one of the food outlets in town.
The victim sadly succumbed to his injuries on the scene.
The road is currently cordoned off, while police are assessing the scene.
