LEEWFONTEIN : The death toll in the R579 Motetema road in Leewfontein horror crash has risen to 21.
This comes after five more people died in the hospital.
16 people were confirmed dead on the scene when a truck collided head-on with two taxis at around 7 am.
One of the taxis involved in the accident was transporting learners to school.
Six learners died on the scene.
The Department of Transport and Community Safety in Limpopo says reckless driving has been cited as a possible cause of the accident.
