PHALABORWA-A video of a G4S cash-in-transit van has gone viral on social media. But instead of the usual footage we’re used to seeing of a van being hijacked, it’s some good news.
This rare South African moment was captured at
Phalaborwa Eden Square Mall on Thursday, December 22.
A video that surfaced on social media, however, restored some faith in humanity as six men were spotted lending hands to assist a cash-in-transit vehicle in need.
The helping hand was an attempt to push-start the van due to some mechanical failure, even if one Fidelity guard was pushing the vehicle with one hand and holding his rifle in the other.
Tzaneen voice tried reaching out to G4S telephonically; however, staff members were unaware of the incident and have not yet responded to our written query at the time of publication.
