GA-FEMANE- A 23-year-old woman, who was allegedly murdered after visiting a boyfriend has been laid to rest at Ga-Femane in Bolobedu on Sunday morning.
The body of Malebo Lucia Sebitleng was found lying in a pool of blood next to the road.
Mokwakwaila SAPS communications officer Sergeant Tinyiko Manganye says the deceased told her sister that she is going to meet her boyfriend and later that day she called her sister telling her that her boyfriend bought alcohol for her but to her surprise she received a report that her younger sister was found lying on the street with stabbed wounds.
“The motive for the killing is unknown and domestic violence cannot be ruled out.” says Sergeant Tinyiko Manganye
Meanwhile the suspect who is a boyfriend of the deceased was found hanging himself.
It is alleged that after he committed the murder at Ga-Femane village he went to his other girlfriend homestead at Khebabane and committed suicide.
The Mokwakwaila SAPS communications officer Sergeant Tinyiko Manganye says the deceased was identified as Sello Manyama from Ga-Ramotshinyadi who was wanted by Mokwakwaila SAPS to help with the investigation of the murdercase.
The Police are investigating a case of inquest which happened at Khebabane village and murder that happened at Ga-Femane.
