KGAPANE-The 59-year-old, Andries David Nakeni from Ga-Matipane village will appear before the Bolobudu Magistrate’s Court on Monday, July 11 after his case was remanded on Friday, July 08.
Nakeni was arrested for stabbing his sister-in-law with an object after fighting over a meal.
The suspect reportedly went to his brother’s house, where he gets his daily meals, and demanded for a meal that was not ready by the time he arrived.
Then the argument ensued between the two in front of the deceased’s daughter then the suspect stabbed the deceased on the chest where she died on the scene.
The 59-year-old suspect who is the brother in-law of the deceased was later arrested by Mokwakwaila police and charged with murder.
Deceased was identified as Dikeledi Gloria Rakubu 38 years from Ga-Matipane Village and she was certified dead by EMS personnel.
