KHUJWANA – Residents of Khujwana village were left in shock on Monday morning, 21 April 2025, following the grim discovery of a woman’s body floating in the Letsitele River.
According to preliminary reports, the lifeless body was spotted by community members who immediately alerted authorities. Emergency services and police responded to the scene and retrieved the body from the water.
At this stage, the identity of the deceased has not been confirmed, and the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. Investigations are underway to determine the cause of death and whether foul play may be involved.
Police have urged anyone with information to come forward to assist in the ongoing investigation.
