POLOKWANE- ActionSA has appointed the former provincial chairperson of the Congress of Traditional Leaders of South Africa (CONTRALESA), Kgoshi Letsiri Phaahla , as the new chairperson of Limpopo.
The appointment of Kgoshi Phaahla as the chairperson comes after the party announced him as its premier candidate in Limpopo a few weeks back, ahead of the 2024 general elections.
Kgoshi Phaahla who has been the party’s Secretary after he joined last year, replaces Sello Lediga as the provincial chairperson, whom the party claims that he had resigned in order to focus on his writing career.
ActionSA President Herman Mashaba said ” Kgoshi Letsiri Phaahla represents the calibre of leadership ActionSA seeks to attract, and I have no doubt that he will help build support towards the 2024 general elections”
Mashaba further said the former CONTRALESA Limpopo leader, has already hit the ground running, having engaged with ActionSA ‘s structures and as well as royal leaders in their respective communities across the province.
