GIYANI-the police in Giyani have opened a case of culpable homicide that happened in the early hours of today,11 November 2023
The police received a complaint that there was a vehicle overturned on road number R81 towards Dzingidzingi Dzingidzingi Village. They quickly went to the scene of the crime where upon their arrival they found a Toyota white sedan with registration number CNW 01L overturned.
The police were informed by the passengers who were found outside the vehicle that they were traveling from N’wamakena heading to Giyani, the deceased who was driver lost control vehicle and overturned and he died instantly
The deceased was also certified dead by emergency personnel at the scene of the crime and he was identified as *Alen Chauke* residing at Giyani Section E
All stakeholders were summoned to the scene of the crime
