MBHEKWANI-Dikeledi Monyela (37) from ward 13, Mbhekwani Village, Greater Tzaneen, has fallen ill and is struggling to feed herself and her 4 minor children.
According to a relative Bongani Khoza, the family is in complete dire straits and desperately needs help.
Khoza relayed that he decided to step in and seek help from the general public so that the family can be aided.
“Dikeledi shares the yard with an older brother who has kicked them out of an RDP house that belonged to their deceased mother.
Following the dispute, she built two outside rooms which she shares with two infants one belonging to her daughter and two teenage children. She is unable to finish building the house due to her ailing health “, Khoza said.
Khoza further alluded that the family has no food and necessities and he wished to see their situation change for the better.
“I plead with the local government or anyone willing to help this family to please help in whichever way they can”, he added.
The publication attempted to get intervention from Ward 13 local councillor Vero Ngoveni, however, she could not be reached.
